There is no reason to reinvent how to accomplish a goal if it is already available.

All the project manager has to do is cut n paste the sections that are currently applicable to their business venture. This time saving maneuver will be seen as an efficient use of resources by the stakeholders.

The stakeholders of a business venture appreciate and to an extent expect the project managers to save as much time in their business venture as possible. For this reason as much as possible of a current project plan should be taken from past project plan examples of successful business ventures. These are pathways that are known to work. What a project manager has to be sure of is that the plans are current with the economic environment the organization is currently in. This way it can be successfully applied so a positive revenue stream can be created.
